Overview
Krimah POS is a production-ready retail management platform built for Krimah — combining a React + CoreUI frontend with a Laravel API for sales, purchases, inventory, suppliers, customers, and financial reporting. Deployed on AWS with 315+ products, multi-user roles, and granular module permissions.
Challenge
Retail operations were spread across manual billing, disconnected stock updates, and inconsistent purchase tracking — with no single view of sales, inventory, or customer balances.
Strategy
Engineer a modular POS and back-office system with shared Laravel APIs, role-based access on every module, and a fast React checkout experience for daily counter sales.
Solution
A CoreUI admin suite with POS billing (barcode scan, cart, discounts, UPI/card/cash/wallet payments), purchase order workflows, product catalog, supplier management, invoice history, and dashboard KPIs — secured by Laravel Sanctum and a detailed permission matrix.
UX note
Priority was given to readable hierarchies, status visibility, and journeys that support busy users — not decorative complexity.
