India-focused medicine eCommerce platform with a customer storefront, admin panel, and Laravel REST APIs.

Overview
Medigram24 is a full-stack healthcare commerce platform built for Indian customers — combining a React customer website, a dedicated admin panel, and a shared Laravel 12 API layer with Sanctum auth and role-based permissions.
Challenge
The client needed a regulated-category storefront that could handle prescriptions, product catalog complexity, and reliable checkout — without splitting operations across disconnected tools.
Strategy
Separate customer and admin frontends on a single Laravel API, with clear module boundaries for catalog, orders, payments, and staff workflows.
Solution
A dual-frontend architecture: medigram24.com for shoppers and admin.medigram24.com for operations — Razorpay for UPI, card, and COD, with Spatie permissions for admin roles.
UX note
Priority was given to readable hierarchies, status visibility, and journeys that support busy users — not decorative complexity.

Testimonial
Feedback from the team we built this project with.
“Tech Inclusive built our customer website and admin panel on one Laravel API. Medicine catalog, Razorpay checkout, and role-based admin access work together — we can run daily operations without juggling multiple tools.”
